This is likely due to it being close to the weekend when it was delivered and the availability we had at the time to facilitate this. “Ordered a load of fence supplies early to get a delivery a certain day due to it being a 60 mile round trip to get to where I was building the fence. Rang up first they said this was possible to do. So sent the order online to them same day stating that I needed it a certain day then rang they rang me 2 days later to try and deliver and told them I wanted it a certain day as stated they spoke to delivery department and they said it would be ok. Day come for delivery and didn’t show up and no contact from them so rang next day and they said order was complete and was delivered. Told them I was still waiting for it and they said they would look into it. Then in 1/2 hour it was delivered and driver was very apologetic so was not totally happy with the service I received”
