The last delivery was damaged to to an inept delivery driver. Although item itself was not damaged the beautiful display box was. They sent a replacement immediatly. “Why am I satisfied? Let's start with great products. But, no matter how good the wares are it's the company behind the product. And most importantly, in my experience, it is the employees that bring excellence.
My order was delayed due to circumstances beyond the control of the company. The customer service team informed me of the circumstances and kept me informed. After a reasonable delay, I was offered the choice of either canceling the order or having express shipping of the item. I chose the latter. My brother was thrilled when he received the Grand Voyager. Problem solved. It is a pleasure working with people who are concerned about getting the job done.
