It is a very good quality functional compass and I prefer stainless steel myself, but it's not always easy to find. “I recently ordered a half skeleton pocket watch which is absolutely stunning, and I highly recommend items from Dalvey, it is my second watch.
However, whilst looking on the website I noticed that the compasses supplied in a lacquered box and decided to purchase one of those for it to be presented in. What I didn’t expect was the quality of the box. In honesty it is absolutely spectacular and I would strongly recommend anybody purchasing a watch goes to the extra expense and purchases a presentation box.
