“Initially I thought it was great, had an email when they were being delivered. On the day I was expected the delivery (which I’d stayed at home to wait for them) they rang me to say the bed had been put in the van but not the headboard. They gave me the option of having the bed delivered and a few days later the headboard. I now have to wait for it all to be delivered meanwhile I’m sleeping on a mattress on the floor.”
