About Collier Turf Care:

Collier Turf Care is a privately owned supplier to the sports and amenity market; known for high quality products, expert advice and professional services.

Key suppliers include Aquatrols, Barclay, Barenbrug, Harrod Sport, ICL, Olmix, Prestige and Vitax. Within these we stock brands such as Gallup, Barenbrug Sport, Marathon, Roundup and many others.

Our customers include golf clubs, bowls & cricket clubs, football & rugby clubs, private schools, local authorities and large private gardens.

Our distribution centre is based in Norfolk and is fully BASIS registered. From this centre we supply and advise to customers throughout the UK.

We deliver using mainly our own fleet of vehicles backed up by specialist contractors and aim to give the very highest level of service to our customers. Our drivers are all trained in the handling and delivery of chemicals as are all our support staff.

Collier Turf Care has achieved the Investors In People accreditation.

“Excellent range of quality products. Best if they are delivered by their own drivers. Because their products are heavy, delivery company drivers can be a bit "grumpy" about putting the bags in barns”

There was information lost in translation regarding stock that day, hence the slight delay in receiving your goods. We hope this doesn't put you off buying from us in the future. If you go onto our website and order with collection, this will speed the process up for you when you arrive to collect your goods as the order will already be processed and waiting for you in our warehouse.

“We treated our Bowling Green in 2021 with rather limited outcome and this will be the second years treatment. Obviously we cannot make any report on the effectiveness of this product until we see the outcome in 2023. However, the delayed delivery and consequent later application with associated need to reschedule our Green usage has probably cost our Club around £100 in lost revenues.”

“The only problem that I have with the whole process is the fact that I ordered and was delivered 5 bags of material with a total weight of in excess of 110kg. These materials were delivered in five separate cardboard boxes. I would have thought it would have been far more sensible to have delivered on a single shrink wrapped pallet.”

Good afternoon Ian and thank you for your feedback. As a business it is not cost effective to deliver any of our goods on a pallet until the total weight of the goods reaches 200kg. As a result of this, this is why you have received your goods in five separate boxes. Each box is only capable of holding 25kg, if we were to condense these boxes and try to fit your goods into less boxes, this would heighten the risk of you receiving your goods damaged, which we certainly do not want.
