About Collier Turf Care:

Collier Turf Care is a privately owned supplier to the sports and amenity market; known for high quality products, expert advice and professional services.

Key suppliers include Aquatrols, Barclay, Barenbrug, Harrod Sport, ICL, Olmix, Prestige and Vitax. Within these we stock brands such as Gallup, Barenbrug Sport, Marathon, Roundup and many others.

Our customers include golf clubs, bowls & cricket clubs, football & rugby clubs, private schools, local authorities and large private gardens.

Our distribution centre is based in Norfolk and is fully BASIS registered. From this centre we supply and advise to customers throughout the UK.

We deliver using mainly our own fleet of vehicles backed up by specialist contractors and aim to give the very highest level of service to our customers. Our drivers are all trained in the handling and delivery of chemicals as are all our support staff.

Collier Turf Care has achieved the Investors In People accreditation.

Hi Martin. Firstly we sincerely apologise for the mix up in your order. I have spoken to the warehouse team and this apparently only the second time this has happened in 7 years, which I'm not surprised about as we pride oursleves on our customer service. They have also informed me that you have been contacted to be told that the incorrect goods will be picked up and that your goods will be with you this week. We hope that as we have sorted this quickly and efficiently that you may decide to amend your review with us, but we fully understand if you choose not to.

“My top dressing and seed were delivered within three days of the order. Great service, the top dressing looks good and as long as the seed germinates ( will be sown tomorrow ants looks good) I will be most impressed”

“We rang the company to enquire about the availability of rubber crumb as it was out of stock. Jamie was extremely helpful saying he would make some enquiries for us and ring us back. True to his word he let us know when the stock would be arriving into the warehouse and when we would likely get the delivery. Having made the order we were delighted to receive the crumb when expected. We received notification from Collier Turf and the delivery was made on time by a very helpful driver. Excellent customer service and would not hesitate to use this company again. With the delivery came a very useful gardening guide of what to do and when! Good discounts available on many items. Thank you for your service.”
