About Collier Turf Care:

Collier Turf Care is a privately owned supplier to the sports and amenity market; known for high quality products, expert advice and professional services.

Key suppliers include Aquatrols, Barclay, Barenbrug, Harrod Sport, ICL, Olmix, Prestige and Vitax. Within these we stock brands such as Gallup, Barenbrug Sport, Marathon, Roundup and many others.

Our customers include golf clubs, bowls & cricket clubs, football & rugby clubs, private schools, local authorities and large private gardens.

Our distribution centre is based in Norfolk and is fully BASIS registered. From this centre we supply and advise to customers throughout the UK.

We deliver using mainly our own fleet of vehicles backed up by specialist contractors and aim to give the very highest level of service to our customers. Our drivers are all trained in the handling and delivery of chemicals as are all our support staff.

“Hi I was a new customer....we are a cricket club in Surrey , who look after their own square, and needed supplies for our end of season work. The supplier we used in past, has closed down so we looked around for new supplier. “Collier Turf were okay but things went wrong with the delivery company they use. Told me they had delivered the item but there was no ring on our doorbell, the photo on the APC tracking app was not our door and the pin on the Apps map was not our address but about 3 miles away!. The person who had received the item at the wrong address contacted me and I collected the parcel myself.”

“I can’t thank Sally enough for her help and advice, I rang her on the off chance to discuss our winter maintenance program and within an hour or so she came to see me on our green. After carrying out some tests and good inspection of our green she sent me a report in a matter of days. This outlined our winter maintenance program, I ordered these items and we have now finished this part of the work, I will keep in touch with Sally for the work that has to be carried out in the spring.”

“Ordering the item was easy, however delivery was a problem. I was not told it would have to be signed for or customer present at delivery. As a result i realised the product had not been delivered by due date. Rang up Collier turf who told me delivery had been tried twice. I had no knowledge of this as no card has been left to tell me a delivery had failed. I questioned the courier who had emailed me to tell me of a failed delivery but sadly the wrong email adddress had been given. As time was limited I had to make a 40 mile return journey to pick up the items”
