About Collier Turf Care:

Collier Turf Care is a privately owned supplier to the sports and amenity market; known for high quality products, expert advice and professional services.

Key suppliers include Aquatrols, Barclay, Barenbrug, Harrod Sport, ICL, Olmix, Prestige and Vitax. Within these we stock brands such as Gallup, Barenbrug Sport, Marathon, Roundup and many others.

Our customers include golf clubs, bowls & cricket clubs, football & rugby clubs, private schools, local authorities and large private gardens.

Our distribution centre is based in Norfolk and is fully BASIS registered. From this centre we supply and advise to customers throughout the UK.

We deliver using mainly our own fleet of vehicles backed up by specialist contractors and aim to give the very highest level of service to our customers. Our drivers are all trained in the handling and delivery of chemicals as are all our support staff.

Collier Turf Care has achieved the Investors In People accreditation.

“Swift despatch. However, it would have been helpful to receive a despatch note stating which courier they had used. (I simply got an invoice saying 'paid' , - I wasn't even sure the item had been despatched.) The courier was one I had never heard of, with a location different from Collier Turf Care. So when I got an email from this courier, I didn't know whether it was a phishing email.”

“Disastrous delivery! I provided clear delivery instructions that were ignored. Courier delivered part of the order to a business 1/2 a mile from our home. I contacted Collier as our order had not been delivered, Collier sent me a picture of what had been delivered to the business with no address, just a picture showing the items in a generic warehouse! Thankfully, as our address was on the items the business delivered our order to our home later that day. I contacted Collier to complain and reschedule the balance of the order to be at a time when we would be in as we have electric secuity gates. We then got a txt from the courier to advise they would be delivering when we were not going to be in to give access. My wife cancelled her arrangements to be in to receive the order. If Collier had just read the important and clear instructions about delivery when the order was placed this inconvenience to us could have been avoided.”
