“I called Darren to discuss my order and to ensure I could get delivery on my preferred date. He was a pleasure to deal with. The Jual Helsinki desks and corner unit are fantastic - easy to assemble, beautiful design and practical too. my only slight niggle with the process is that the delivery slot was all day meaning I had to wait in from 7.30am until they arrived at around 3.30pm (could have been up to 6.00pm) - no-one was in the office that day to take my call and TNT are unable to give you an estimated ETA - wish Chase AV used DPD who give an accurate one hour time slot.”

Chase AV Direct emailed me back within 15 minutes of me letting them know and the replacement part was here two days later. They offer excellent value for money and a very responsive service. There are no BDI dealers in Belgium but Chase AV delivered the stand to me at a very reasonable price. “I purchased an MDA Sirius 1200 av unit. The price was one of the best online. The item arrived promptly, however there was a part missing and a slight blemish in one of the facias(I am a very fussy sod, so am sure most people would have never noticed it) I emailed chase, and they replied the same day( about 7pm ish!) The required parts were sent the next day, well packed and arrived safe and sound. I assembled the unit with ease and am very happy with the finish and look of the unit. 100% will use chase again and would recommend to anyone too. It just goes to show, that even though there were initially issues, they were resolved promptly and satisfactorily too. A sign of an honest company that still cares about customer service and satisfaction. Thank you again.”
