Regarding the deletion of the name, we will ensure that all contact detail updates are processed more rapidly in future and look into any system which took longer to update, to avoid this happening again. With respect to the cost, we make every effort to keep our pricing as economical as possible, however we are a UK manufacturer and use paper from sustainable sources as standard for many products. We will continue to monitor pricing in the industry and to see where we can make efficiencies without compromising on the quality our customers expect.
