Delivery took a little longer than expected so gave them a call and the staff were so helpful and attentive, brilliant customer service which was appreciated. “I paid for speedy delivery, however my order arrived late. This was apparently due to an issue outwith was the company’s control, so no refund was forthcoming. The bigger issue, however, was that my order was packaged differently to that promised on the website.
Far from being ‘lovingly packaged’ in their own, branded gift pouch, the cufflinks were delivered in a quite cheap and nasty plain black pouch. As this is was a gift, it was very disappointing and ruined the presentation. I did contact the company about this but heard nothing in return.
Basic stuff surely - brand your products, respond to emails, and wouldn’t it be worth refunding a couple of pounds postage for customer good will?

I upgraded to one of the nicer boxes. Arrivde very poor, and slightly defective and cheap.
Timescales were good, quick turnaround and nice options for customisation.”
