“The cuff links are in good condition.
The gift box is very basic and came with multiple damages/scuffs on the box.
The message which I thought would be a good idea due to this item being a gift, it was not very good and I did not use this for the present I gifted. The message was on a big rectangle card which didn’t fit inside the box or under the cover of the box - the message was a sticker stuck on the card not straight and at an angle and was scuffed/torn on either side. So I was disappointed by the box and the message which made up the whole present.
However the cuff links are in good condition but was let down by the presentation which was such a disappointment due to this being a gift.”

“I was extremely pleased with two sets of oval silver plated birthday cufflinks I bought. They were beautifully engraved with no mistakes. Name and date. The tie slides I also ordered were silver plated. I found the initials for one looked much better in a different font on the tie slide than the one chosen for the birthday cufflinks; but the initials for the other tie slide looked nice in the same font as the birthday cufflinks. I also bought grey boxes for the cufflinks and they too looked very nice. I had a third silver plated tie slide to go with cufflinks I bought earlier and the engraving on both the front with initials and back with birthday looked very nice. Again beautifully engraved with no mistakes.”

Sorry to hear of this. You've been sent an incorrect ring. Last year a few gold rings were plated incorrectly and have been taken out of circulation, or at least we thought so. It seems size Q still had the old rings in the stock, which has now been resolved.
You sent the email late on Friday and we've tried emailing and calling you today (the following Tuesday) to inform you of the above. We can have a new ring with you within a few days.
