“THE CUFFLINKS WERE BOUGHT AS A PRESENT FOR MY 18 YEAR OLD NEPHEW AND DIRECT SHIPMENT WAS ARRANGED. THE DELIVERY WAS PROMPT. I DO HOWEVER UNDERSTAND THAT THE EXTERNAL PACKAGING WAS BADLY DAMAGED.
