“I didn't receive the correct cufflinks and despite a lot of calls, emails, and trying to contact via social media I couldn't get a response. They replied to a social media comment to say they were resent, which they weren't. I eventually got a refund but wouldn't use them again. Mistakes happen, it's how you fix them that shows how a business operates and B&B were terrible.”

Apologies for the error. Unfortunately we've a few lines that we're discontinuing, and these were one of them. Therefore we could only fix the issue the only way possible, to give you a full refund.
Communication could have been better and that's the same with a few customers lately. As of today we've a new member of staff, which will free up time to respond to emails and answer calls.
We've never been busier, we're 70% up on last year and it's all happened without any warning whatsoever, which has caused disruption. We've tried our very best these last few months.
It's a shame you've decided to leave a 1 star review considering the full refund and the cufflinks we've kindly let you keep.

“Wanted a special, quality gift for my son so decided to surprise him with cufflinks of his favourite fighter jet. The customised inscriptions made it all the more special and he absolutely loves them. Had not bought from Badger and Brown before but was encouraged by the good reviews. The cufflinks are indeed of good quality, value for money and their user-friendly website made ordering the cufflinks very quick and simple. Will definitely be ordering from B&B again.”
“The product was really nice but the service was disappointing. I paid a little more than £4 for standard delivery within 4-5 days, but it took at least 8 days to receive the package. I emailed B&B about it but received no response. I called them on their customer service number. It didn't sound like an automated voice. Sounded more like a man picked up the phone, said they are extremely busy and we should email for enquiries and hung up. Disappointing service. Thankfully I had ordered the cufflinks in advance so it was fine, but if you are short on time, better find some other companies”

Thank you for your recent order. The delivery was a little delayed, for which we apologise for. The order was dispatched in time but it arrived two working days later than scheduled, delivery was for 20th June but was received on 22nd June.
With regards to the answer machine message, that's genuine. That's me!
