“Like most ads on Facebook, you tend to take them with a pinch of salt. I did however contact AMK Ltd and was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism when speaking to different members of staff. They talked me through each stage, kept me updated and initiated an agreeable settlement. The service cost may seem high, but that is their risk incurred. Highly satisfied.”

“Do not use this company. Convinced me to make a complaint against St James Place stating that it would be resolved in 12 - 16 weeks. 10 months later and still nothing. AMK state that they cannot hurry the process along so what on earth are we getting for the 40% + vat fee they are charging? Perhaps another law firm will start taking customer complaints about AMK and attempt to recover some of this fee. Completely useless.”

“The way it was described in the signing up the under performance of the st James place was a huge issue, However my had over performed by circa 10% the only thing was the contact with the rep which was clearly a token offer from sjp. If I knew the truth before I wouldn’t have rocked the boat as they covered other things what was over and above the pension remit”
