“AMK have been really good with me. They not only recovered money from St James Place but also from a failed pension pot which they suggested from chatting about my situation. After a filling in a few simple forms, which could have been done online or the old fashioned of pigeon post, they did all the work. They chased me up for signatures that I was slow to return. They contacted me once a month to keep me up to date with their work. They were happy to chat on the phone if I had any queries. They were always patient and polite. When I received compensation they worked hard to get for me yes, the percentage they took seemed a lot, but it had all been agreed beforehand and don’t we always want more? Put simply they worked to get me a good refund I would not have received any other way. We are both better off and I really did not have to do much at all. Thank you.”
