“From beginning to end, AMK Legal Ltd. were brilliant. Their staff are amazing, and, together with their processing system, they made my experience effortless.
In the first place, I was totally unaware that I had a claim to make, because, if their Claims Department had not made contact with me, I would have continued making the yearly commission payments to my Financial Advisor, not knowing that he was supposed to reassess my circumstances every year to warrant the commission. Also, AMK Legal Ltd.'s electronic system for dealing with the claim was just so simple and uncomplicated. They emailed me all the necessary forms fully completed, which I just had to sign and return. Then, hey presto, as if by magic, the money was in my bank account.
If anything, it was me who held up the process because I needed assistance, from my daughter, with how to create my electronic signature. Then, it was AMK Ltd. who chased me regarding the settlement because I had not received any confirmation from my Financial Advisor that my claim had been agreed, hence, I had not signed and returned the settlement letter to AMK Legal Ltd confirming my acceptance.
All in all, AMK Legal Ltd. have been brilliant. Every member of staff knew what they were doing, and they all did their job properly (which is practically unheard off these days).
