“I have found AMK Legal to be swift, clear & professional. I wasn’t aware that I may be entitled to compensation following historical service failings. I am delighted to have received their help. My only constructive criticism would be their calls to my mobile are very difficult to understand or hear. Any number I receive which is ‘unknown’ I will not answer (too many scams). Thus I need to hear a clear voicemail in order to return the call. The voicemails are very unclear & far too quick to hear & understand.”

They are pushy and aggressive, take forward cases without consent and simply complain about any possible thing that a person or company could do wrong. Their approach makes a mockery of the entire industry, and they simply throw enough poo and hope something sticks. In the meantime everyone else has to abide by the FCA code of conduct, research and respond to these nonsense complaints. STOP WASTING ALL OF OUR TIME.”
