“Ultra-efficient handling of my claim against an ultra-inefficient company! Kept me regularly up to date while SJP took forever to respond (all be it with somewhat contentious statements ). That said, I accepted the settelment figure which was swiftly forwarded. On the face of it, the 40% fee (plus VAT) might feel high but... without AMK I would have done nothing and be zero % better off!! Happy!!...thanks.”
