“It was easy to use AMK Legal & they did manage to achieve an SJP gesture of goodwill of £6,207.56. I would not have had the time or motivation to pursue my complaint against SJP if it had been down to me. However, the excessive charges (-40%+VAT) that they take are not great value for the work that they do. I am reminded of the PIP refund companies that were rife a few years ago! If you don’t want the hassle of pursuing your pension/insurance provider & are prepared to pay higher than a ‘no win, no fee’ legal company will charge then this is a very good option 😊”
