“The claim has taken some time to be processed, but with a positive result, following a referral to the financial ombudsman I have a satisfactory claim payout. Whilst the commission is quite ‘steep’ I would not have achieved this result without AMK, so I am very pleased with the result. During the process I was kept up to date regularly - at least once a month and when the claim was settled AMK were very diligent in obtaining ID and bank details, making several calls to chase me (I’m not easy to contact during the working day), and been in touch, my payment was made the next day. I would recommend AMK to anyone seeking redress on mis-managed funds and investments as my outcome was most satisfactory. Neil Dyson”
