“A prompt call back from the initial enquiry. Then some forms to fill in and an honest statement about the turn around time of claims from SJP _ Slow. They followed up with monthly contact by text and E mail regarding any progress , then 4-5 months later an E mail to say SJP had settled the claim and my share was in my account within 2 weeks. A very good level of service. You pay for it though as VAT is added to the % you pay them making it effectively 50%. But if I had not contacted AMK, I would have had nothing.”
