“I had no idea that I could claim back management fees from SJP, but after hearing the AMK advert I had to see if I could. I only had to give a few details about myself and my SJP account over the phone. A very helpful chap explained everything very clearly; no win no pay and their charges, so I went ahead with the claim. I had regular email updates with all the information I could want. Then AMK told me the offer was low, and with my permission they would take it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. I soon received an Invoice telling me that my payment would be forwarded to me.”
