“It took a lot longer than anticipated probably due to the volumn of claims although we were kept informed on a regular basis and it was money we would not otherwise have had. AMK do charge a hefty commission but this was something neither of us had the time to do so on balance we are pleased with both the outcome and AMK.”

“I had no idea that I could claim back management fees from SJP, but after hearing the AMK advert I had to see if I could. I only had to give a few details about myself and my SJP account over the phone. A very helpful chap explained everything very clearly; no win no pay and their charges, so I went ahead with the claim. I had regular email updates with all the information I could want. Then AMK told me the offer was low, and with my permission they would take it to the Financial Ombudsman Service. I soon received an Invoice telling me that my payment would be forwarded to me.”

“Settlement figure from St James Place received by you on 3/12/25. i had to phone your company AFTER New Year to find out if you had processed the monies to my account. was told there was an out of date verification document. Why was the cheque not processed before Christmas and why did no one from your company phone me to tell me there was a verification problem. NOT satisfactory service from you.”
