“Delivery was very quick. We are waiting to put up the chicken run once we have moved to our new property so can’t comment on the structure itself yet.”

“Bought a real nice chicken coop to put up over the Easter weekend, went together well, only one misalignment in the whole frame and swapping a couple of the poles around and a sharp knock with a mallet sorted it - then put the door together - 64 holes and only 60 bolts at 5:30 Easter Sunday - emailed alphapet asking for extra bolts and got a reply back before 7pm pointing out that you leave the four corner holes empty to fix to the door frame to the coop frame ... you have to look very closely at the provided drawings to see that, but definitely my fault :)”

“Ordering process straight forward and the chicken run coop delivered quickly and well packaged. I was missing an L shaped bracket, but I phoned up and was answered quickly by a very helpful man who answered a couple of my queries (such as what the role of single strand wire for- not mentioned in instructions) and said he would send out another plate, which he did as it arrived within a couple of days.”
