“I was delighted with the determination and commitment shown to provide a great level of service. These days, one is inclined too often to just hear a 'robotic' response to problems with little or no initiative and no desire to actually be pro-active and resolve a situation positively. Staff at E.H. Taylors evidently care about their customers/clients and are keen to help in any way possible to achieve a successful outcome; very refreshing!”

A few small things that we would change for next year but nothing major and definitely a lot better than the company we used previously.
