“I was recommended by a family member to use Peter Burke from Easyswitch Mortgages. I received an excellent service and Peter went above and beyond to help me with my First Time Buyer mortgage application and I successfully received a mortgage offer. I changed from a HTB mortgage application to a non-HTB late on in the process and very few lenders were available given my new job role and absence of new payslip - Peter was able to source a lender at competitive rates. I would definitely recommend Peter and you will not be disappointed in the service he provides.”

“Pete at Easyswitch has gone above and beyond in helping with the remortgage of my 2 bedroom flat. He contacted and chased (vigorously) the surveyor, management company as well as the fire risk assessor when the bank would not release the value of the property due to an issue with the cladding report. He's also provided great advise on. He's also provided great advise on the different options available and the optimum solution. The mortgage offer has finally come through and it is what we were hoping for - thanks to Pete's continuous perseverance. I highly recommend the company especially Pete!”
