The kids loved the experience of staying in a caravan believing that they are on an adventure. They love the activities, the pools and especially the arcades!! The bus to the beach is an extra special bonus. Just such a shame it's so far away.

This is the best place to holiday in the U.K. In my experience. We have stayed at Twitchen House and Woolacombe Bay before and have also booked to go back to the Woolacombe Bay park in June 2017! We love the location of Woolacombe Bay as it's situated the closest to the beach but you still get to use all the facilities within all the three other parks. We have never had any problems with the accommodation but we do tend to go for one of the gold caravans, as we know they are in excellent condition and newer then the others, even though the Bronze ones never seem to look that bad. The staff are always happy to help and the main complex on the park Is amazing. I think Woolacombe Bay is going to be our choice of holiday location every year whilst our son is growing up.

My husband & I booked 5 nights with our dog, the caravan we booked was called beach retreat, it was small inside & quite basic, there was a very compact toilet, not the most comfortable bed, & a very thin duvet, we went in October, we did take extra blankets, good job because it was quite cold in the evenings. All of the dog friendly caravans were situated at the back of the park close to the area where you could walk your dogs, we took our dog out expecting to find a big open space to let him run around, but there was just a pathway through the woodland, so we walked down to the beach to let him runaround, walking back from the beach was all uphill, hard going if you're not used to it. we couldn't get any signal on our phones inside or outside the caravan, it states on the website, that you can pay £5 a day for wifi, but it's only certain caravans that get wifi. Overall a nice holiday, accommodation could of been a bit more spacious, & disappointing that we couldn't get a signal or wifi, but apart from that the location is beautiful with stunning views.

We stopped at the woolacombe bay site (touring pitch) on arrival its very tight and not much room to park up with a caravn whilst you sign in for your pitch. Staff very helpfull and get you on your way quickly. The touring pitch's we feel a little away from the main area (does make you feel as if you are on a different site) It also do lack some park area for the children to play on.shower blocks and toilet are clean and tidy. All in all the facilities are very good and food and drink is good and reasonably priced. We did manage to tour the other parks and have found thst the twitching house site will be best suited for us so thats why we have booked again for next year, woolaconbe has got a lot to offer and is a great area to holiday in.

Had a great time next time we would go in a silver or bronze caravan because the gold arnt really up to much. Also we would stay at golden coast as the last day we visited it and it was amazing, it felt like we were abroad with its heated lovely outside pool and it's outside bar, soft play arcade, we stayed at the other park because it was closer to the beach but next time we would just catch the bus to the beach and stay at golden coast.

My self and my two sons Harry six Finley's 5 years old had a well needed break for 4 days at golden coast the accommodation was supper clean very homely comfortable an warm. The park stars I give 10 out of 10 all ways happy work hard and the entertainment is top drew. The reception an management could not do enough to help when required. Food an drink is to a good standard and at a fair price. Or tho we could not use some of the facility's due to my son being poorly other families say there very good. Billy and better park characters was a real hit with my sons. Keep up the good work we be back real soon.

Very helpful when needed friendly great atmosphere everything you could want and need for a large family, the best thing it caters for all. My son is on the spectrum, we've visited Golden Coast twice in 2015 and he absolutely enjoyed himself even excelled in things what he would never have done before, also the rest of my children even my husband whom very difficult to please. So thanks to all the staff for making our stay memorable. Look forward to our stay August 2016.

This was our first year at Woolacombe bay Holiday Village and we enjoyed it so much we booked for next year before we left. Lots to do for the kids, and if you get bored of one park just hop on the regular shuttle buses to one of the other parks or down to the gorgeous Woolacombe beach. The staff were all so friendly, and very helpful. The caravan was nice and clean, the views were spectacular. It was a fab holiday. The only reason I am giving 4 stars rather than 5 is that the only thing that lets them down in my mind is that there is absolutely no provision on the menus for anyone with a food intolerance. I am a coeliac sufferer and there was one single gluten free item on the menu, and that still had 'may contain gluten' when the chef checked the ingredients. It would be worth them addressing this as our entire group would have spent more money in the parks restaurant if I could have eaten there too. Having said that the staff were very very helpful and scoured their lists of allergens etc for me to make sure I did not eat anything that i shouldn't. But with that one issue excepting it is a really good family holiday park with lots to do and gorgeous surroundings

The cleanliness of the rooms and living areas. Finding pubic hair, tags from previous guests in the floor, hair grips, sharp pieces of plastic and so many ants. Only to be offered ant powder. The chair was broken in the front room with staples sticking out.

Fantastic for all ages! 3,10,14 years and they all loved it!! The swimming, park, arcade, soft play, entertainment and very cheap shop close by. All the team at reception where very helpful!! Thank you for such a wonderful weekend break for all of us to remember! Will be booking up to come back in two months Time, it was worth the 4-5 hour drive back to London.

Only gave four stars as not clear about extra charges for dogs. Even though I'd clicked "Pets" option, dog(s) not mentioned on booking form or confirmation.

Easewell Farm has become too cluttered with caravans and the canvas tent part has suffered. If you want electric on grass you HAVE to go a pitch which is too small to take most modern tents. I have attached a photo to show that there used to be a mix of tents and touring and grass. I know the gravel tracks and bays are less maintenance and yearly pitches generate a lot more income but the ambience has been ruined.
