“I really love the products from wildcatco and I really want to support the brand. However in my first order I was missing an item and was told I could have it in my next order. In my next order, it didn’t arrive. The whole package. There were no delivery updates so I assumed it wasn’t sent. I was told however it was lost in transit over the Xmas period because I didn’t select tracked shipping. I was grateful however that wildcatco understood the situation and sent a second box ASAP. They upgraded one of my items to a more expensive item which I was appreciative of. However the missing item from my first order wasn’t included and I also had another missing item (not the upgraded item which was the autumn leaves replaced to the window biscuits). I’ve decided to just accept the loss as I cannot be bothered with the hassle of sorting it.”
