“First impressions are not good. The website had many glitches and I was not able to calculate the cost of the sizes of foam that I wanted. I also placed an order for samples, they only sent the order when I sent them another email to remind them that I had ordered samples many days ago. The samples eventually came but the samples only had numbers written on them. No mention of what the numbers mean or the firmness. Had to send another email asking them what the numbers were in relation to the firmness types. So my impressions of this company are 'hassle' and wont be ordering from them. Ive ended up using another foam company who made the process effortless and seems organised and informative to their customers. First impressions count.”
