Great at replying to emails! Appreciate their concern for the environment and for their customers. Unfortunately as much as they try to offer discounts, the products are never quite affordable. This is because discounts never apply to bundles, which make the price aalmost reasonable. Generally a bit confusing and overall not worth spending money on!

I really wanted to love this product but sadly I didn’t see any difference. I’m vegetarian so really wanted a collagen to support this, I was on a marine collagen before and my skin was clear, strong nails. My skin is now poor (acne prone) and nails breaking. A positive was a did like the flavour. I tried it for a few months to really make sure. Was really hoping this would be fab but sadly wasn’t for me!

Not been using it long enough to comment either way. Tastes a bit strange at first try, but you get used to it. I cancelled my subscription as you don’t receive a notification when the next one is due, so no chance to edit your order.

Am 3 months in, I don’t feel any different to 3 months ago, I haven’t lost any weight, still have a muffin top on my jeans, sadly I can still chug a bar of chocolate or demolish a bag of crisps with the best of them. The power is pleasant enough to drink but doesn’t dissolve that well in cold water so tends be a bit grainy with residue on the inside of glass. I have also been given a sample of the omega 3 (due to a billing issue mixup) since taking those I do think I am less achey in the joints running up and down stairs but am not entirely sure if there is a direct correlation. Only time will tell on that I think, certainly can’t afford a monthly subscription for both the Omega 3 & GLP-1 metabolism boost powders. The packaging is lovely, but honestly I would rather pay less for a plain cardboard box than pay the current rates for fancy stickers and coloured tubs which end up in the bin. So am torn, as am not sure whether to continue or not, I wish I could be more conclusive and really wish I was bit thinner!

I’ve started to take the pineapple and grapefruit collagen powder in June hoping to see result shortly. Since it’s not cheap and I have high expectation from all the clinical trials they claimed. The powder doesn’t dissolve easily and you’ve to stir vigorously for about 2-3 minutes to get rid of the lumps. Taste is not bad, but I’m really not a fan of having supplements as drinks. I also tried the watermelon gel while I’m on hol, which is much more convenient, but they’re too pricey. I’m taking this into the end of second month now and I haven’t seen any improvement on my skin, hair or nail yet and hence 3 stars. I’ll take this for another month or so and will stop my subscription if there’s still no improvement since this costs more than double than most other collagen supplements

Products are great but the customer service isn’t! I have cancelled my subscription cause I moved home and changed my address but still they are sending my order there! This is the second time and despite messaging customer service nothing has come back. I now have to send this to my neighbour again.

I love the taste and felt it made a difference. I just can’t get behind a health product that uses the ingredient erythritol. Seems counterproductive to me.

I was using the menopause vitamins which are amazing. I was offered a reduced price to try the Pro Menopause. The powder was not for me not sure if it was psychological due to the colour of the liquid but could not get on with the taste, didn’t feel it was as effective for me as the vitamins. Love feel as a brand but this product was just not for me x

I ordered two of the vegan collagen powders in April. After about two weeks of using the first one, I developed dry patches under my chin, which I’ve never had before. The symptoms disappeared after I stopped using it, so I’m quite sure the product was the cause. Since one jar was still unopened, I sent a message via the contact form on your website, asking if I could exchange it for something else. For example, the Menopause capsules, which I was actually happy with. Unfortunately, I never heard back from you. In the end, I gave the unopened collagen powder to a friend as a gift. I won’t be ordering from Feel again. The products are relatively expensive and I’ve since found good alternatives in the Netherlands with similar ingredients.

I’ve been taking Feel collagen for about two months so probably a bit early to see results. I set up the monthly prescription but I feel like the tub lasts longer so I’ve changed it to 6 weeks (though might need to pause it for this month!). I’ll give it another few months to see if I have results. The peach flavour tastes nice.

A lovely and helpful company. Unfortunately, my metabolism couldn't quite cope with the collagen, I put on 6 pounds within two month, without any noticable improvement on skin, hair or nails, even though it did seem to alleviate some aches and pains in my hips and knees (yes, I'm old!). Two weeks after stopping the collagen, I have now lost 3 of those 6 pounds, so I'm assuming it was water retention. But everyone's different...

Well the range of products seems good and the ease of ordering a rewards seem decent but the product was terrible. I tried the menopause capsules and didn’t see any benefit and they smell terrible of a rotting cabbage smell. They kept repeating on me and I could take the horrid cabbage taste for ages after

The Vegan Collegan does not appear to having any affect. However, my main issue is the Stavia in it. It is far too 'sweet'. I am able to stand no more than 5ml in a glass of water. For a supposedly healthy product it us odd that artificial sweeter is used at all.
