I actually like taking Feel Vitamins and have used them for quite a while, but more recently I've been considering ending my subscription. The price went up quite a lot and the only thing that seemed to change was the packaging, which in my opinion, has got worse and, although it looks pretty, is now quite inconvenient. The simple, flat packaging you had before meant that my vitamins could be posted easily and conveniently through my letter box. Now, you have these big cylindrical things that have to be enclosed in another box and then the delivery person has to ring me on my flat's intercom and if I'm not home, they have to leave them in a random place and I just have to hope it's still there when I get home. The change is actually annoying and the price increase on top of that just made it worse.

Our Product Development Team has been working for a long time to unify our packaging plus find a solution to protect the contents. We really do try our best to ensure the customer is the priority with regards to keeping the same ingredients with a better experience. The change of packaging coincided with a change in couriers, so with the present courier customers are able to manage their delivery preferences and choose a safe place or trusted neighbour for the order to be delivered if not home. I am enjoying the products and the range that is currently available. Unfortunately, I mistakenly ordered 2 Tumeric. After payment had been accepted on subscription and before delivery, I emailed Feel requesting cancellation of 1 Turmeric and a refund. I did not receive a reply nor a refund for that 1 product. Customer service could be further strengthened.

I am trying the powdered collagen in the tub. Half way through it and it has turned into a hard lump that I chisel off and beat with a pestle to get it back to a usable powder. And I do keep it in a dark dry cupboard. So don’t think I will be reordering this product

The products are amazing and I’m really feeling the benefit of both the Menopause supplements and the Collagen gel but I’m having problems with my subscription and when they’re such great products that’s not so good 😞

Been using for three months and has helped with night flushes but still struggling with concentration, memory and flushing during the day. Will keep going for a little longer to see if there are any more improvements.

I believe these supplements do work. However I have had a severe reaction to them.apparently many B12 supplements contain cobalt. It appears I am sensitive to cobalt and developed a worsening rash after taking these for a few weeks. It is only now on my third box that I have realised feel is the cause and have had to stop taking. The rash is on my chest, neck and around my mouth and on eyelids. It is very red, itchy, dry and quite painful. Am very disappointed as I say I did feel a bit better with fewer night sweats and better sleep.

I thought this worked at first but realised it was the HRT still in my system. I went ahead and bought 3 months worth and after taking for 4 months in total, have realised it makes little difference to my hot flushes. Perhaps it helps with other symptoms but I think it may be a placebo. I want it to work as is expensive. Not saying it won’t work, just that it didn’t work for me.

I think Feel upset my monthly cycle, when I stopped, it returned to normal so unfortunately I have been unable to continue. I have a pot that was sent out which I didn’t want and the returns process seems overly complicated. The Feel people I’ve been in contact with have been v helpful. There seemed to be no info on hue gotu kola can affect women taking hrt.

Slight decrease in Menopause symptoms, definitely improved mood, but no change to night sweats and hot flushes, stuck with it for three months, moved onto an alternative which has worked within a week!

Been on the Feel Menopause for just over a month. Sad to say i havnt really seen any difference yet. Still having hot flushes and brain fog. I will give it another month and hope to see a difference.

I’ve only been taking Feel Menopause for nearly 3 months, and I hoping it’s going to help with my mood swings as that weight gain and not sleeping well are the main issues I am experiencing with going through the menopause. I feel I need to be taking for a while longer before I can make an honest review.

It's hard to write a review after only two months, as I am unsure of the effects of the vitamins. I think that th e effects of menopause have been somewhat reduced, but they are still very much there. I gave it three stars, because although I believe it has improved the hot flushes a bit, the difference does not justify the price. I will try for a further 3 months and decide after that whether its truly worth it.

It was a lovely flavour. Delivery was quick and trouble free. Unfortunately I ended up throwing it away when only halfway through the tub. The contents had all hardened. This wouldn’t stop me from buying it again, I would just transfer the contents into an airtight tub. I can’t say if the product had any beneficial effects due to only using half a tub before becoming unusable

It seems to work well when I take it. I just keeping forgetting to take it. One of the menopause symptoms I guess. I just wish they wasn’t so expensive for a supplement and then maybe I’d prescribe more
