“So the mail around my area has been pretty poor at being delivered in a timely manner. After emailing feel about my parcel being late, adaeze replied two days later apologising for the delay and offered to re send a new box if I couldn't find it or receive it. I had actually received it the following morning after I had emailed feel. I have been using feel for a few months and I have nothing to complain about, even with the delay. Very good products and efficient staff.”

“I wanted to cancel my subscription ..and rejoin later on ..I am very happy with my feel multivitamin but having to stop taking anything extra at the moment ...so emailed and asked to cancel..Liam was very helpful said they could do this but did ask if I wanted to freeze as I had been with feel for a while I may have a back up which I do have as well ..he advised me that I could freeze for 6 months and I decided this was the best option until I can start taking extra vitamins again thank you Liam.. for taking the time to answer my questions and thinking of a better option for me.”

“Thank you for the opportunity to tell you how glad I am that I found these wonderful tablets I am eighty one years old and suffer arthritis pain all the time the joint capsules have really been a great help I am trying all the rest of the tablets to see if they will help with other issues but at the moment I am feeling much better the multi vitamins are excellent thank you for your help .”

When I queried it, I was treated courteously and with no hesitation was given instructions on the quickest way to return for a full refund. No hassle, no quibble and I receieved my refund the following day. Top notch customer service!”
