I recently got myself in a knot on Feel's website, trying to order something, organise a bundle for next month, and use points, and ended up with various products coming to me which I didn't want! I spoke to Richard on the Monday morning who was calm and efficient. Everything was sorted out for me very quickly, without any fuss. I've had Algae Omega from this company for several months now, and their product and customer service is first rate. I love the plastic free packaging, and the sense I'm supporting my body with well-researched, quality supplements. Plus I've now realised I can treat myself to discounts with their loyalty scheme too! ? Well Done Feel! Keep doing what you're doing.

I’m so impressed with Feel company. I started off with the multi vitamin which definitely made me feel less tired, more energy and a general feeling of well being. I then went on to the bundle which included the beauty vitamin and omegas as well as the multi. I’m currently going through the menopause and have been loosing hair and eyelashes but since taking the bundle I have noticed my eyelashes have grown back and I’m no longer loosing hair. The feel joints is amazing and totally got rid of my husband’s hip pain. It has also helped me considerably with my joint pain and I really noticed how the pain came back when I stopped taking it for a short time. I have never had a problem getting through to customer services for help and advice and they have always been knowledgeable, friendly and helpful when I have called. I like the company’s ethics, the quality of the vitamin and the regular emails I get explaining how the individual vitamins work to help you feel better. I would highly recommend this amazing company, their vitamins have made me feel so much better?

I tried these vitamins as im a great believer in what you put in your body shows on the outside, and they sound great, unfortunately they didn't agree with my gut,I was gutted, I am gluten intolerant but also other things upset my stomach too,they do say on the pack they are gluten free so it must be something else. Anyway the lovely guy on the phone I spoke to was fantastic, so understanding and helpful,he cancelled my subscription and refunded me for the 2nd pack that had been sent out,very easy and straightforward. So although they didn't agree with me I would recommend them to anyone,they are packed full of goodness that im sure would do you all good!

As with all health products each person can react differently. In my case when these arrived and I began my journey I started to feel sick and ill eventually resulting in me stopping where I began to get better. For some reason I have associated my ilness at the time to these tablets and they do have an awful taste compared to my previous brand. I got in touch and was offered a refund so 100% would still recommend the company as your experience could be different and they may work better for you than what you may already be taking even if in my case this was not true. If you don't try you wont know. Tahir

I expressed concerns around some side effects I was having and as soon as I mentioned I have asthma the answer was that ‘I should seek medical advice before taking supplements’ standard answer and not very helpful, but I suppose it means you don’t have to answer my question.

Great vitamins and a great points system. If I need any adjustments to my subscription or want to amend anything, it's so easy to do. Customer care from the support team is brilliant. With the support team being friendly and always willing to help. I highly recommend we are feel.

Being newly diagnosed with coeliac disease I’ve had to check and double check that any tablets I take are also gluten free. Wearefeel have been exceptionally helpful and given me their assurance that the tablets and casing are completely free from gluten, which is fantastic news as I love feel multivitamins and think the company is great too

The customer service is great - Emily was really helpful and actually anticipated a problem I wanted solving, not just dealing with the issue I mentioned, which I really appreciated and saved me a lot of time. The team have been helpful in the past as well - when a distribution mistake has been made and some of my packages didn't arrive, they sent me new ones immediately, no problem. I really appreciate how helpful they are.
