“Bought this product for many months now can’t really see any improvement on either my nails or my hair unfortunately so not sure what benefit it is actually doing”

Many of our customers notice a positive change within 2 to 3 months, however, it is important to remember that everybody is unique and some benefits can be more subtle and felt gradually over time. Whilst hair, skin and nails are signs of improved health on the outside, there are so many more positive effects happening from within – such as heart & bone health, immunity, digestion and supporting your thyroid!

“I have been taking these vitamins since the beginning of the year and have noticed no difference. My nails are still bendy and weak, my hair still fine, no change in complexion or vitality. I have recently had a full blood count done by a doctor so can rule out any underline health issues that may inhibit these vitamins. However, they have arrived on time every month, well packaged and like that they are not in a plastic bottle so thumbs up to the environment.”

“I have been taking these vitamins for over five months and honestly not experienced and noticeable improvement to my skin, hair or nails or even general well-being. There’s nothing special about these vitamins. I strongly believe reviews from celebrities are false & misleading. I wish I could actually get a refund .”

“I do not feel any difference nor do I see any difference. I’m going through the peri menopause and I’m losing too much hair. It still grows but much thinner. I’m also still having breakouts on my chin area ( prob hormonal) and I still feel lethargic. Will cancel soon”

Hi Yvonne, thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear you have not felt the benefits you were looking for. Many nutritionists would recommend trialing a new supplement for around 3 to 4 months to give time for your body to absorb the nutrients. Although you may not see many benefits on the outside, there are many benefits occurring from within, like supporting your immunity, hormonal balance, brain function, etc. Perhaps you will stick with us just a little longer!

“Had a few orders but the packaging is impossible to open without tearing the bag. I only managed to open one so not ordering again until this changes. I did mention it as feedback and was told to open it like a crisp packet, but this still resulted in a tear as the seal is almost welded together! There is an alternative brand with easier paper resealable packaging so going with them. Also, some tablets leaked and the fishy smell of the omega was a bit too much!”

“Have been using feel for about 4 months, at first my nails grew really long but for the past couple of months they have been peeling on the edges and very brittle. So I’m going to cancel my subscription as I’m not feeling any benefits.”

“I have been waiting nearly 3 weeks and still haven't received anything. I emailed and was told this would be re-sent with fast delivery, 5 days later, I still don't have anything. I don't like writing negative reviews, and the customer service was fine, but I don't have the product I paid for.”

“Impossible to cancel subscription? As I have left the UK, it is not possible for me to continue. I have been unable to cancel my subscription despite two emails requesting this. In the email, it indicate a 24 hr return of response. I have received no reply to date.”

“I expressed concerns around some side effects I was having and as soon as I mentioned I have asthma the answer was that ‘I should seek medical advice before taking supplements’ standard answer and not very helpful, but I suppose it means you don’t have to answer my question.”

“Reasonable price for a multivitamin however low amounts of Vitamin D3,Calcium and Magnesium mean that it's not a complete as they advertise and you will likely need to additionally supplement with these. Additionally 14mg of Iron is very excessive and probably overkill, especially for a male. About 5-8mg would be more suitable. I had stomach cramps after taking and no wonder some reviews have complained of similar with that quantity of Iron. Their marketing tactics are also suspect. I noticed that the Moodtropics & Braintropics products are marketed very differently on their website but have the same ingredients! Also once subscribed they also bombard you emails telling you what benefits you should expect to see. Seems they are trying to implant thoughts into customers heads instead of letting the product do it's job. Even with a placebo, those emails would lead people to report supposed benefits.”
