Im not sure I even need this product. I take it cos Im 53 but Ive had no menopause symptoms. I dont feel any different 😕

I’ve ordered Feel vegan collagen. I forced myself to take it two times and now it is standing in my cupboard. Flavour is absolutely disgusting and artificial, the pack size is misleading as it looks large, but is half full.

I have tried cancelling my subscription so many times but it literally makes it impossible to do online. I’ve nothing against the product but I have health issues and not recommended to take these on top of my other supplements. I just want to be able to cancel without calling or answering 100 questions.

I've been a customer of Feel for just under a year. I love the ethos of the company and that the supplements appear to have such clean, high-quality ingredients. I can't say I saw any benefits but I like the idea that they are doing my body some good. I'm trying to cancel my subscription today because I'm so fed up with customer service. I say 'trying' because I can't actually cancel it online, the website won't let me. This has been my experience from the get-go, everything is complicated and unusable and customer un-friendly. There are statements like "double points" and "permanent discounts" when you get to a high tier (being a regular subscriber) but these rewards don't actually exist. Points are not given even when you've 'completed the task'. Nice idea with all of the incentives but they're just not working and have left this (loyal!) customer frustrated. I've had numerous deliveries arrive with supplement packs missing, and over and over again I had an uneven amount of tablets in the pack, which means there's the wrong amount of tablets in there. I didn't trust that they were giving me the right amount of tablets but I didn't have the energy to count them every time. 90% of my emails to customer services are ignored and I have spent so much time trying to get simple answers from them. I've had enough!

Hi, I purchased some products but returned them and I had to pay for postage. I was told that to send receipt and I would be refunded the postage. I was to send a copy of the receipt and would be refunded. I chased them but they ignored me. So I won’t be using them again!!! Noozet Aslam

I tried cancelling my subscription last month and believed it was cancelled. Then I get an email to say £35 has been deducted from my account. I requested a call back when cancelling AGAIN and chose a time to be called back. That was 5 days ago and still waiting! I wish I hadn’t subscribed as I didn’t realise how hard it would be to cancel

Incredibly difficult to cancel subscription, I changed frequency also as I seem to have too many at one stage, took religiously for 2 months didn’t notice any improvement in my hair but nails grew quite quickly. Quite expensive to keep paying if they don’t make a massive difference

For some reason my payment was taken on 2nd August but I didn't receive it until 12th August. I sent an email chasing delivery but never received a response

The taste was really bad so was the smell of the tablets. It took me several emails to cancel my subscription, even after stating that I had a bad reaction after taking it.finally after several emails later they canceled my subscription not even offering a product alternative or refund.

I had the sleep relaxing powder. Didn't notice any difference to be honest. Not the easiest powder to mix (lumpy) and you don't want to be getting the blender out just before bed. So not great for me I'm afraid.

Unfortunately took for a few months didnt notice any differnce. Tried to cancel (long winded way to cancel) then got sent another month supply at £17. Have cancelled again . Hopefully thats it now.

Only been using the products for a couple of months and they seem to be good quality. I’ve had a few issues with customer services in duplicating orders, sending and billing orders early so that side of things not so good! I’ve emailed customer services regarding this but still not received a response 3 days later.
