I like the idea but the product tastes foul. Super quick postage but again the product has a horrible taste to it :(

Many of our customers notice a positive change within 2 to 3 months, however, it is important to remember that everybody is unique and some benefits can be more subtle and felt gradually over time. Whilst hair, skin and nails are signs of improved health on the outside, there are so many more positive effects happening from within – such as heart & bone health, immunity, digestion and supporting your thyroid! I have cancelled my subscription but still have received supplements. I cancelled because the orders seem to come when I am not in need of them! And I don’t have the time to keep track of it all! So much easier to pop into A shop and purchase as and when!

Got a good size trial of sleep because as cabin crew I suffer from sleeplessness,No problems going to sleep but staying there is another thing.Thus didmt help me and I couldn’t get passed the taste,I tried with cold and hot milk but it’s just not for me .

Vitamins were fine, always arrived on time, but when I wanted to cancel my subscription. OH BOY!! It's easier to leave a cult than cancel on these guys. With no obvious cancel link on my account page, I had to really persist to find how to 'change my subscription' - battling the 100's of 'are you sure' pop ups, offers for different vitamins, discounts, you name it. Turns out subscribers have no option but to 'accept a phone call' from their call centre to 'discuss your cancellation' - of course, another hard sales attempt. Feel, you've cleaned up vitamins. Now clean up your hard sell. It's plain wrong.

Yes I am taking first lot of vitamins. I have now received a second packet which I did not order. Not happy! How do I cancel this please?

I was subscribed to the multivitamins for a few months and got on well with those. Then I fell pregnant so decided to swap to the Pregnancy range, and I just can’t tell you how awful they smell. I find it extremely difficult to take these when I’m already feeling nauseous. The smell fills up the entire room, I have to hold my breath when opening the packet, and I’ve come to dread taking them so for that reason I have cancelled my subscription and won’t be purchasing these again nor could I recommend to any fellow pregnant women. Hopefully they can improve the smell somehow.

Hi Fern, so sorry to hear this was your experience with us. The product contains L-Selenomethionine, an organic form of Selenium which contains Methonine. Methonine is a sulfur-containing amino acid which can have an unpleasant smell (especially at warmer temperatures), but this is a natural characteristic of the ingredient and does not impact on its usability/ quality. To help alleviate this, open the pouch and place it in the fridge to cool, which will reduce the intensity of the odour. After this, store the product elsewhere in a cool, dry place, which should help keep the odour at a minimum. Hope this helps!
