“Absurd, full of promises, delays in replying, returned my hot tub which was faulty a second time , I didn't purchase it direct through them but the offered me a full refund, 2 months later nothing but emails apologising that they should not have offered the refund as they were not the retailer, blamed lack of staff training. An absolute waste of time going back on a written promise. Do not deal with them or the Hot tub shop as they are just as bad would not refund the full amount,”
“Do not waste your money on this company, they are full of promises that don't deliver, I ordered a product from them to this day it has still not arrived after a string of promises and them blaming DPD the courier.”
