“I had a inpond filter sytem which always needed cleaning so decided to go for the Biosmart 7000 pond filter set. Had the sytem for two weeks and decided to clean the filters, which was easy to complete. I had to purchase a T-mex 50mm-40mm 09.0814 Flexible Adaptor from Amazon for the outflow because I wanted black 40mm pipe which works fine. The staff at Water Garden were very helpful and I would recommend.”

“I bought the 1000M Lake Diffuser System Aerator and Air Pump system. It was really easy to put together and install. With the system running and some rain, the water has cleared up, and I can finally see the fish again. Hopfully the fish will now thrive with the added oxygen levels too. “I needed to replace a pond fountain that was unreliable (it used the wrong type of pump and the nozzle kept getting blocked). I spoke to Andy at Water Garden over the phone a couple of times for advice and he explained all the options and what would be most suitable. He went through exactly which components I'd need (pump and fountain head, obviously, but also connectors, risers etc). I ordered it all online and it turned up within a couple of days. Thanks to Andy's comprehensive advice and product knowledge, the order had everything I needed and so I had it up and running inside an hour. The Oase pumps are not cheap and neither was the fountain head but I'm confident that it will be far more reliable than the previous installation. It also looks far better and will aerate the pond more effectively.”
