“A good service given, Delivery also very good, arrived during allocated window slot as promised, on assembling the play house some small items were missing, ie corner brackets and window block, purchased from local shop so all is good now, all that’s needed now is to paint the play house to protect it, I’m very happy with the quality of the play house and I’m sure my great granddaughter will have many happy hours of play in it, thank you for an excellent customer service and delivery, I woukd recommend this shop.”
“After having the job cancelled 3 times, it was finally done today. The gentlemen turnt up on time and rang me an hour before letting me know what time they were expected. They were polite, friendly and professional. They did the job within the required time frame and done it well. They left minimal mess and kept me updated throughout. They built it where I wanted and were efficient about it. The installer was McKenzie and another gentleman.”
Thank you so much for your kind feedback on our delivery service!

“Ordered the tongue and groove 7x3 apex shed.
For the price I expected much better quality but it’s very thin and lightweight. The doors panels are different lengths so tricky to get right and doesn’t leave a good finish. There was nails hangy out and a few cracks, also split wood.Had I of known it was “Mercia” I would of stayed clear as I’ve seen their products before. There is many gaps that I’m sure will let in rain.Almost tempting to take it apart and return it.Overall not impressed and would not recommend.”
