I feel so defrauded by Verisure, please advise if you have faced a comparable situation and what steps I should take I feel scammed by Verisure UK I wish I had read reviews on this website prior to joining- After my call with a versiure advisor today I have been told, I will need to pay £99 for down grading the system and an additional £35 for the Arlo system downgrade. I joined verisure in January (bought system for- £477) I found out in Feb a subscription of 37.88 was being charged – I called to complaint that my request was for a standalone system, I was advised I need 90 days before my request of cancellation can take effect (between Jan - date) 3 lots of 37.88 has been deducted from my account + 15.88 as part subscription given that I joined mid Jan In total I have made a payment of £606.52. A technician is supposed to come this Friday to download the system @ of £134. (Arlo & Veri sure) If I go ahead with this to avoid their so-called debt collection, I would have paid Verisure a total of £740. (This is corporate robbery!!!). Is this legal? Please advise. I am tempted to recall all monies paid or what other legal action can be taken.

Had to have my system removed and a new system installed by a professional installer. The Verisure system didn’t ever work and I struggled to get through to call an engineer out to fix it. The new installer pointed out that all sensors had been stuck up with double sided tape and the install didn’t comply with what my insurance was asking for. Cowboy install with cheap equipment that doesn’t work well. They didn’t even install an external siren!!

Absolutely awful service, products don't work, customer service is dreadful! Then you want to cancel but you can't speak to anyone but they don't contact you! I am now 9 working days in to "3-5 working day to call back". Absolutely woeful, dreadful, disgraceful. WHAT EVER YOU DO - AVOID THIS COMPANY! If this helps one person avoid them I will be happy

If I could I would rate 0 ... so back again 2 months later our first burglary and verisure failed to secure our cafe after weeks and weeks argument with them and the begged to stay with them to prove they are a reliable company we had yet got broke into and same way verisure failed us they called us 45 min after the brake in told us alarm was triggered and the camera yet they saw nothing and of course they saw nothing 45 min later the actual time when it happened we got rubbed again and we had no police no security guard coming out our shop was again open for 5 hours ... without any protection from verisure now they say give us 3 days get back to you 3 days??? Yet you wanna charge me £70 exit fee and can’t cancel the subscription for 6 months they charged us £300 installation £53 monthly fee to protect the unit yet they failed us twice and left our unit open 5 hours both times on a high street ...absolutely disgusted please do not go for this company as I had to hire a different company to do my cctv and saw the whole video of the rubbery and got the person on the camera but verisure yet say the got no one on the camera
