“I brought padded knickers in a size medium. I have done a 25 mile in them and they was still comfy. Love the fit and the padding wasn’t too bulky either. Can’t wait to buy some more come pay day. Only down side is they are so pretty it’s a shame to hide them under clothing. X”

“The initial delivery was fast and efficient but I had to return my jacket to exchange it for a different size. The returns process was slow and communication was poor. I did eventually get an email in response to my 2 x emails and 2 x phone messages and the replacement jacket arrived shortly after. I know the VV team is small and everyone is working hard but it might be better to make clear that the returns process is not as slick as the initial purchase.”

“I really like the products on VeloVixen. Their collaboration with Stolen Goat is brilliant. Delivery times are good and they’ll keep you in the loop during any issues (not that I have had any). They’re a small friendly company that only deals with companies that are ethical.”

“I do like being able to shop female specific, though tbh your size charts are not always accurate. Even after careful measuring and checking I recently had to send back some mitts and a top. I do think you need to find a way of checking actual stock against the sizing guide.”
