Joanne Siudy gave me a wonderful aromatherapy massage yesterday. I was able to choose my favourite oil, rose and geranium. The couch was comfortable and the room was warm. The massage was incredible, blissful. Joanne gave great post massage information. I’m very grateful to her. Calm is a lovely building with a lovely relaxing atmosphere. I had booked this massage using an offer, which made it even greater value for money. It had been booked a bit earlier in the year but I had broken my foot. The receptionist very kindly rescheduled it for me with no problems. I love visiting Calm.

Blair was so so helpful and accommodating with helping me online to get set up for unlimited yoga sessions! Super friendly, understanding and a good representative of CALM as a whole :) definitely worth taking advantage of the deals while they're active. I feel very valued as an individual and look forward to continuing my yoga practice in such a supportive space ✨️

Today I had a lovely full body massage by Nicola Brown! She was absolutely amazing!! So friendly from the minute I walked through the door and so welcoming too. She provided such lovely relaxation with a holistic approach in how she made my massage feel which left me feeling relaxed and balanced. Thankyou so much Nicola I will be back again for another treatment.😊🙏🏾

Just returned home fromy hot stone massage in burton,probably 1 of the best massages i have ever had many thanks to Nicky( i think!) Came out so relaxed ( quite rare for me!) Thats no reflection on several other massages Calm offer its just that really worked for me 🙏

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a Thai Massage at this amazing place, and I can’t express how wonderful it was. The therapist was absolutely brilliant and made the entire experience truly unique. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm and calming atmosphere. The Thai Massage itself was a great experience! The therapist’s skill and expertise were evident throughout the session, as they seamlessly blended various techniques to release tension and promote relaxation. I left feeling completely refreshed, with a sense of tranquility that stayed with me long after the massage ended. This yoga studio has created a truly exceptional space for holistic wellness, and I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to experience it. I highly recommend their Thai Massage services to anyone seeking not only physical relief but also a deeply soothing and revitalizing experience. I can’t wait to return for another session! Calm is a heavenly place. Everyone is so friendly & welcoming and it's such a peaceful environment to practice yoga. I look forward to attending every week! Would really recommend the 5 day trial to get you started :) I have also had some fantastic treatments there- really recommend the Thai massage!

I’d just like to say thank you for a lovely & relaxing (yet stretching class)! The oils were a really nice touch and that’s the most I’ve felt relaxed (apart from after a massage at calm)! Thank you 🙏🏼

Calm is my most favourite place in the world. I’ve suffered a life changing injury recently and prior to this I enjoyed strong dynamic flows and practices, whereas now these don’t feature and I’m all about the restorative, meditation, yin, gentle movement and stretch, both for my body and mind. Everyone at Calm is so so kind, there couldn’t be a more welcoming space. I feel very lucky I’m able to visit each week, it’s the thing I look forward to the most!

Absolutely love this place! I have met incredible people who have guided and supported my recovery from ill-health in the past 6-8months. The classes are brilliant and offer options for all levels. The teachers are incredible and all have quite different teaching styles so its nice and varied. I absolutely love Graces vinyasa classes, she provides a clear structure and programme and having options to push a little further - I feel like I am able to progress which is so rewarding both physically and mentally. I also love the aerial classes - so much fun but also great for core strength and balance. After a stressful day or week - this place is my sanctuary for my mind, body and soul. Also love the treatments here and personally feel they are very well priced.

I love going to calm after work for a class. Especially Pilates! Charlotte, the instructor, is super knowledgeable. It’s the only class I’ve ever loved coming to without it being a drag. Favourite time of the day! Thank you Charlotte.

Her classes (Charlotte's) are always brilliant. She's so patient and kind! She always has time for everybody I also love Grace's classes as she puts together classes of various difficulty and doesn't push you to go beyond your bodies limits... although I always like to try and have a go! Just a brilliant studio filled with beautiful people and CALM Derby is in my soul ❤️

I’ve been a regular at Calm in Burton on trent since it first opened. I practice Hatha yoga with Claire. My body is much stronger and more supple as a result. I really enjoyed reading all these excellent reviews about a place that has become part of my life and wanted to add my own gratitude.

Well 3rd review for CALM in a week - says it all doesn't it? I'd live there if I could. Hayley Davies's Lu Jong workshop was an education. A really different approach to yoga and self care. It was really enjoyable and I am so pleased to see early, regular classes will start on 11th April. I regularly attend Hayley's restorative class on Wednesdays, which is an absolutely blissful hour of pamper. Just an hour of supported , relaxing poses in a lovely warm room (it follows a hot yoga class). Hayley's gentle voice guiding through the practice into a state of total relaxation and onto a relaxing night sleep. Its like wrapping yourself in a great big cosy blanket. To be highly recommended.

I attended Claire McCann's Spring Equinox Workshop on the 18h March. It was such a beautiful , peaceful and restorative 2 hours, which I can highly recommend if being mindful is your thing. I am thoroughly looking forward to her Summer Solstice which I beleive she will put on in a few months. I attend Claire's Hatha (which challenges me) and Mindful Movement and Meditation classes. She is a brilliant teacher and comes around the class to quietly offer adjustments when you need them and each class is always different. Mindful Movement and Meditation is a lovely combination of yoga stretch and restorative practice. I highly recommend Claire's classes.

I attended Claire McCann's Spring solstice workshop on 18th March. Oh it was just beautifuly relaxing. I was floating on air as I left. I am looking forward to her Summer solstice workshop being announced. I highly recommend you keep a look out for it. I also attend Claire's Hatha and Mindful movement and meditation classes. Claire is an excellent teacher and very professional. She walks around her classes to ensure everyone has the correct positioning and gently, politely adjusts accordingly but always with client permission.
