“This was my second time ordering from Union Gundam, and I've been very pleased with their service on both occasions. My order was packaged well, and arrived quickly. I've found their prices are competitive and have stock of some items that other retailers don't. Very happy overall, I'm sure I'll purchase from Union Gundam again in the future.”

“Only place I've seen that prices their kits reasonably and I've been shopping on all the usual UK gundam sellers for years. Has a good amount of stock of various kits. Just wish there was more clarity and communication on pre-order items as I've preordered one but I literally have no idea if it'll be coming this month or 3 months from now. Other than that though, excellent place to purchase model kits.”

“Quite happy with Union Gundam, products turned up reasonably quick, and the reward scheme is a nice little saving. Also, the team usually respond same day if you have a query so nothing to really complain about, I have bought from them a few times now. Just need to find time to build all of my kits now.”

“I think i wouldve chucked my fa unicorn out the window if it wasnt for union gundam selling spare parts. Delivery took a bit longer then i was expecting but thats on Evri not union, took 7 days but thats not an option on the survey.”
