Hello Nigel,
Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were disappointed with your order.
Soon after receiving your message, I checked your order and found that it had been placed for our Desiccated Liver Tablets, which is the product that was dispatched. I also telephoned you so we could discuss the situation personally.
During our conversation, it became clear that although the order was for tablets, you had intended to purchase the capsules instead. As a gesture of goodwill, I immediately sent you a pack of the capsules at no extra charge, and you kindly agreed to return the unopened tablets.
At Ultimate Nutrition we have always believed in looking after our customers and resolving any problems as quickly and fairly as possible. I am therefore sorry that, despite our efforts to help, you felt we deserved a one-star review.
Kind regards,
Vivienne Fairhurst

“Awaiting recent order as you’re unavailable until Monday 15th June.
But any previous orders have been delivered without hassle so assume my latest order will be here next week.”
“Good communication from the new system you set up last Friday. Very quick delivery, super products, excellent service as always. I have used this company since the 1970s and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone. Thank you”

“i used to take alfalfa and kelp in the late 70*s .
i drink distilled water so i wanted to re mineralise my water instead of just using sea salt
the iodine is a good addition plus the hmb.”
“I first started with UN back in the late 70s when I purchased their first unique bible called Ultimate Nutrition. It was and still is the most informative book I've ever read on Nutrition. All the follow up books are also superb.Their supplements are outstanding and have always given me, my family and friends great results.
Viv who runs the business these days is a joy to have a conversation with as well as being very helpful. I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to make gains in their chosen sport or just to improve their health to try Ultimate Nutrition Supplements...you won't be disappointed. Sensei Ken Newton, master of Urban Combat.”
Thank you so much, Kenneth, for sharing your incredible journey!
It means a great deal to hear from someone who has been with Ultimate Nutrition since the very beginning. Your recommendation carries real weight, and I'm honoured to have earned your trust. I appreciate you for being part of our story and for the impact you make in your own community.

“In my opinion I don't think you can get a better MILK THISTLE anywhere...I always have it on hand..having liver cirrhosis since 2008 I believe and feel it is doing me just fine..and kept the price stable for years. And continue to do so...not just milk thistle but different supplements over the years..Great company”
