“Ordered 10 straps but only 9 turned up, e mailed support and advised them, was contacted by Matt who advised they would send out another, no questions asked, last strap arrived a couple of days later. Very impressed with the no quibble and speedy response. Would happily use again and will recommend to anyone who needs straps.”

“Top notch company and product only slight downside my choice of colour was actually unavailable but alternative colour was dispatched without consultation, although did offer to refund monies if not happy but cost was not worth them having item collected for return , item very good (mini ratchet straps 800?kg)”
