“I bought 21 ergonomic ratchet's recently, very pleased with the quality of them ,the only issue I had was when they were delivered by Dpd the box was ripped and 2 ratchet's were missing , I spoke to someone on your helpline, who was very helpful and was sent the missing ratchet's immediately. I will definitely use your company again.”
