“I needed van straps at short notice and the company got them to me next day, which was important. I also called before ordering and the lady helpfully told me how many were in stock and the latest time to order by for the best chance of next day delivery. There is a wide range of straps sold, though, and without any prior knowledge I just had to guess (thankfully correctly) which straps would be suitable.”
