I'm afraid my experience with this company has been below any reasonable expectations. The podcasting studio I've booked through them sadly turned out to be inexperienced as a team as they lacked the skills needed to set up our recording. When I shared that neither video nor audio recording worked (video recording was missing from the file and audio came with lots of noises a professional software tool couldn't rectify) - they never replied to process a refund. And even if Gabriel, who's reached out from Tutti CS has offered to process the refund a few days after, has completely disappeared from the radar. Unreliable and unprofessional. The refund was never received. I'd suggest to stay away from this platform.”
“The app customer service is only responsive selectively: when you’re booking and processing payment. As soon as you ask for refund, their CS vanishes without a trace. Disappointing.”
“Absolutely superb. We were unhurried well looked after. There was loads of space to spread out equipment for our video shoot and lots of outlets for plugging in our own gear in addition to that which is provided. The LED curtains were amazing, it makes the whole shoot really pop and looks so professional. Pauline the owner, was just a joy. She was good company when we needed help or just to chat but then she left us to our own devices once we were ready. Will definitely be coming back. Try and stop me. x :D”
