“Ordered three gravel boards and 450kg top soil acknowledged the order a week went by no communication as when order will be delivered only to be told the van had broke down and would be delivered by the weekend. They did offer a refund but then I would have to go through the same process of ordering waiting for confirmation of delivery. I said I was willing to wait till the weekend. Phone to confirm told driver sick and would have to get deliveries done by courier and would now be Monday”
